The Sandlot is more than a skatepark, and it’s much more than skate lessons. It’s a place where memories and friendships are made through the love of skateboarding. It’s a place where perseverance, comradery, and community is the culture. We are a family here at the Sandlot.

We offer group lessons ages 5-17 with no more than 7 skaters at a time. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, our skilled coaches will help you take your skating to the next level. Our skaters range from the skater who just wants to learn and have fun, to the contest skater. We've had the privilege of training youth from all over the country and the globe.

Our mission is to teach skate skills that build confidence on and off the skateboard. We believe skateboarding teaches valuable life lessons about falling down, getting back up again, and never giving up.

Sandlot Training Center is located at professional skateboarder Ryan Sheckler's private skatepark in San Clemente, CA. Our indoor skatepark offers skate features for all skill levels from the beginner, to the professional skateboarder.
What you should know!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Cancellations MUST BE DONE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE or regular fees will apply.
- Skate Camp cancellation policy is detailed in the camp description.
- Parents, family and friends must stay off of the skatepark during your child’s lesson.
- All skate lessons expire 90 days from date of purchase and are nonrefundable.
- NO SCOOTERS or bikes allowed in the skatepark, NO exceptions.

Our Facility
Our skate park features a variety of ramps, rails, and obstacles for skaters of all levels. We also have a Sandlot Times showroom stocked with the latest Sandlot Times skateboards and apparel.
